Gabbro-diabase is one of the most commonly used sauna stones, known for its ability to heat evenly throughout its entire mass.
Stone size: Ø 5–9 cm or 7–15 cm

Installation Guidelines
P-series models:
Sauna stones must not obstruct the airflow between the stove core and the outer casing.
S-series models:
Do not wedge stones between the mesh and the inner structure. Place the stones so that there is sufficient airflow between them.
General placement:
- Larger stones should be placed at the bottom of the stone chamber
- Smaller stones should be placed on top, as they heat up faster
Maintenance
Like all components, the sauna heater should be maintained at least once a year.
For maintenance:
- Remove the stones and wash them thoroughly
- Remove any dirt and debris
- Inspect the stones and separate any cracked or broken ones
Over time, sauna stones naturally wear out.
Stones that have become unusually light have reached the end of their lifespan and should be discarded.
Regular maintenance helps:
- maintain optimal heating performance
- reduce the risk of overheating
