KORDUMA KIPPUVAD KÜSIMUSED
It depends on how long you would like to enjoy stay on sauna bench. Stove with metal casing will heat sauna faster, but it will cool down quickly if wood is not burned. Stove with net casing is slowly heated, but boasts better warm-keeping ability.
Materials are divided according to their heat exchange capacity: ceiling of the fire burning compartment is 6-mm-thick; back wall 4 mm; side surfaces 3 mm and stove casing – 0.8 mm. The basic material for stoves is hot-rolled steel. We produce fire burning compartments with different thicknesses on request.
Logs 35-40 cm long should be used for stoves which are heated in the same room. If fire burning compartment of stove locates in adjacent room and sauna room is heated through wall, logs should be longer and reach 55-60 cm.
When used correctly, your stove with metal casing will provide the same quality of heating for 8 – 12 years (if you heat sauna once a week, on average). As for stoves with net casing, so far we have been producing them since the year 2007, and they are still in good working order.
Standard boilers are produced from the following materials: 3 mm thick ordinary steel; 2 mm thick stainless steel. We also make thicker boilers on request.
Standard boiler diameter is 450 mm. We can also make boilers with smaller (445, 430, 420, 400, 380, 300, 280 mm) or bigger (455, 470, 500, 550, 600, 700, 900, 1200 mm) diameters.
Life cycle of boiler is 6-8 years (boilers have to be grounded. EXTRA-DURABLE CORROSION RESISTANT BOILER)
